En INTerpath-001 (fase III; n=1137), añadir intismeran autogene a pembrolizumab adyuvante redujo un 42% el riesgo de recurrencia o muerte frente a placebo + pembrolizumab en melanoma cutáneo IIB–IV completamente resecado.

⚠️ EA grado ≥3 de cualquier causa: 23.6% vs 20.3%. Los EA más frecuentes fueron fiebre, dolor en el sitio de inyección y fatiga.
