DeLLphi-305: OS-positive phase III.
After chemo + durvalumab without progression in ES-SCLC, adding maintenance tarlatamab improved OS:
21.1 vs 12.7 months; HR 0.42, P<0.001.
OS measured from maintenance randomization.
