En COMPANION-002 (fase II/III; n=168), tovecimig + paclitaxel mejoró la TRO y la SLP frente a paclitaxel solo en 2L del cáncer de vía biliar avanzado/metastásico.
🧬 Tovecimig: anticuerpo biespecífico dirigido contra DLL4 y VEGF-A.
🎯 TRO: 18.0% vs 5.3% (p=0.0228)
Objetivo primario, evaluado por revisión central independiente.
⏳ SLP: 4.7 vs 2.6 meses
HR 0.44 (IC 95%: 0.30–0.66; p<0.0001)
📊 SG: 8.9 vs 9.4 meses
HR 1.05; p=0.78.
Sin diferencia estadísticamente significativa. El 54% del brazo control cruzó a la combinación tras progresión.
⚠️ EA emergentes durante el tratamiento:
Grado ≥3: 93.5% vs 64.2%.
Con desenlace fatal: 5.6% vs 1.9%, sin implicar necesariamente causalidad con el tratamiento.
