在 89 例接受 T-DXd 治疗的患者中，HER2-PET 阳性与阴性患者的中位 PFS 分别为 27.5 个月 vs 13.6 个月（HR 0.11）。
在 HER2-low/zero 患者中，HER2-PET 阳性对应答的阳性预测值为 93.8%。
这是一种捕捉 HER2 异质性并优化 T-DXd 患者选择的令人振奋的方法。
