在 HR+/HER2− mBC 中，ipatasertib + fulvestrant 未能显示 OS 获益，尽管改善了 PFS（26.7 对 25.8 月；HR 1.14）。
在具有 AKT 通路改变的患者中也未观察到 OS 获益（HR 1.14）!!!
