⚠️ 中性粒细胞减少是最常见的TRAE，但因TRAE导致停药的比例仅为4.0%
🎯 为何值得关注：对一种CDK4/6抑制剂产生耐药，并不一定意味着该通路的治疗潜力已经耗尽。
在我看来，关键信号在于，下一代CDKi在既往接受过CDK4/6抑制剂治疗后，仍能再次实现有意义的疾病控制。
接下来需要回答的问题，将决定这一领域的发展方向：

🔹 生物标志物能否帮助我们识别哪些患者应再次接受CDK策略，哪些患者则应彻底转向其他通路？
