🇨🇳HORIZON-Breast06: Trastuzumab rezatecan widely outperformed chemo in endocrine-refractory HR+ MBC (PFS 16.6 vs 6.8 months, HR 0.25, p=0<0.01). Definitely passes the truck test. No significant OS, likely due to crossover of some patients to TOPO1 ADCs. #ESMO26 #ESMOAmbassadors
