▪️ High genomic score linked to more distant mets (HR 1.72) and higher PC-specific mortality (HR 1.43 ADT; 1.60 ADT+abi)
▪️ Predicted abi benefit for DM in N0 (interaction p=0.01)
▪️ Low scores in very high risk may allow de-escalation
