Negative Ph.III KEYNOTE-866 by #DrJensBedke: perioperative pembrolizumab + neoadjuvant Gem/Cis vs placebo + Gem/Cis in cis-eligible MIBC.
EFS HR 0.88 (95% CI 0.71-1.10), p=0.137.
pCR 44.4% vs 35.8%; OS HR 1.00.
Higher pCR did not translate into EFS benefit.
