📌N≈240, global, single-arm study
📌 Patients eligible for but declining radical cystectomy
📌 EV+P for 4 cycles, followed by MRI/CT, cystoscopy with biopsy/TURBT, and urine cytology
📌 Patients achieving cCR continue treatment (up to 9 EV and 17 pembrolizumab cycles)
📌 Co-primary endpoints: cCR rate and 2-year bladder-intact EFS among responders
📌 Exploratory ctDNA/utDNA MRD analyses
