左氧氟沙星滴眼液对眼睑成形术患者眼表细菌定植及术后感染率的影响

导读
一项单中心回顾性队列研究（n=215）显示，围术期加用左氧氟沙星滴眼液可显著降低眼睑成形术患者术后感染率（2.78% vs 11.21%，p=0.013）。多因素分析提示左氧氟沙星为保护因素（OR=0.23，95% CI: 0.07–0.81），糖尿病史为独立危险因素（OR=3.47，95% CI: 1.14–10.55），两组伤口愈合时间无显著差异（7.5 vs 7.7 天，p=0.258）。
