HERIZON-GEA-01 at #ESMO26:
Zanidatamab + chemotherapy improved PFS and OS versus trastuzumab-based therapy in 1L HER2+ advanced GEA. The triplet regimen with tislelizumab achieved a median OS of 27 months and a 3-year OS rate of 40%.
