NATALEE

📍 Live from #ESMO26 in Madrid!

New 6-year results from the phase 3 NATALEE trial show sustained benefit with adjuvant ribociclib + NSAI in patients with high-risk stage II/III HR+/HER2− early breast cancer.
At 6 years, ribociclib + NSAI showed an overall survival benefit compared with NSAI alone, with an absolute difference of 2.1% (91.86% vs 89.73%). The absolute iDFS benefit also increased to 5.3% (83.23% vs 77.92%).

Importantly, these benefits were maintained after patients had been off ribociclib for a median of approximately 3 years, with no new safety signals observed.

Encouraging long-term results from NATALEE.
