Glioblastoma immune landscape remodeling following treatment with CD70-targeted CAR-T cells
Start here
CD70-targeted CAR-T cells (mCAR27) remodel the immune landscape in glioblastoma models in immunocompetent mice. Single-cell RNA sequencing shows that intratumoral mCAR27 therapy expands adoptively transferred cells, increases endogenous CD8+ T-cell infiltration, and reduces immunosuppressive populations such as Tregs and M2-like macrophages, with downregulation of immunosuppressive mediators including Arg1, Cd274, Pdcd1lg2 and Lag3 and type-I interferon-stimulated genes, and upregulation of genes linked to inflammatory resolution.

Two panels, same clock (pointer stays in sync): top is cumulative editorial reports — only rises; last point = All reports; slope = new reports that hour. Bottom is Live-board heatIndex — 7-day participants with a 24-hour half-life, so it can fall when talk cools.
