Two B7-H3 ADCs Post Phase III Overall Survival Wins in Relapsed Small Cell Lung Cancer
Start here
Two B7-H3-targeting antibody-drug conjugates have reported Phase III overall survival successes in relapsed small cell lung cancer, presented at the September 2026 WCLC presidential forum in Seoul. Tambotatug pelitecan (YL-201, MediLink Therapeutics) in the TAISHAN-302 trial and risvutatug rezetecan (HS-20093, from Hansoh partnered with GSK) in ARTEMIS-008 each achieved an overall survival hazard ratio of 0.46. The results challenge a second-line treatment standard that had stood for three decades and place B7-H3 ADCs in direct competition with DLL3 bispecific antibodies in the same setting. Open questions include how the two drug classes will be positioned relative to each other and which patients benefit most from each approach.
