Three Chinese-led oral presentations at ESMO 2026 delivered updated results across MET-amplification resistance, non-small cell lung cancer, and thymic carcinoma. In a randomized phase 3 trial (NCT06110663) enrolling 314 patients, a dual-TKI regimen significantly improved progression-free survival in MET-amplification resistance, with independent-review-committee-assessed median PFS of 6.2 versus 4.4 months (HR 0.601, P<0.001). CS2009, meanwhile, showed preliminary activity in the evaluable first-line population with PD-L1 TPS of 50% or higher, with an objective response rate of 81.3% and a disease control rate of 100%. Ivonescimab data in thymic carcinoma were also presented as part of the session. Full details of the ivonescimab and remaining CS2009 results have not been reported in the summaries so far.

Three Chinese-led oral presentations at ESMO 2026 updated data on MET-amplification resistance, NSCLC, and thymic carcinoma. A dual-TKI regimen significantly improved PFS in a randomized phase 3 study: NCT06110663 randomized 314 patients, with IRC-assessed mPFS of 6.2 vs 4.4 months, HR 0.601, P<0.001. CS2009 showed a preliminary ORR/DCR of 81.3%/100% in the evaluable first-line PD-L1 TPS≥50% population.
