IBI343 Meets PFS and OS Endpoints in Phase 3 G-HOPE-001 Gastric Cancer Trial

At the 2026 ESMO congress, Innovent announced in a late-breaking abstract that the international multicenter phase 3 G-HOPE-001 study of arcotatug tavatecan (IBI343), a CLDN18.2-directed antibody-drug conjugate, met both dual primary endpoints of progression-free survival and overall survival in later-line CLDN18.2-positive gastric cancer. The interim analysis showed median PFS of 7.1 versus 3.1 months (HR 0.45, 95% CI 0.35-0.58) and median OS of 10.2 versus 6.9 months (HR 0.57, 95% CI 0.45-0.73). Confirmed objective response rate was 37.4% versus 7.7% in the control arm. Full results beyond the interim analysis and regulatory steps have not yet been reported.
