CNBG Tiantan Expands Blood Products via Chromatography and Recombinant Technology to Improve Access

China National Biotec Group's Tiantan Biological is advancing industrialization of blood products through multi-step chromatographic purification and recombinant DNA technology; its immunoglobulin and recombinant human coagulation factor VIII products are approved. In September 2023, China's first fourth-generation 10% intravenous immunoglobulin made by full chromatography was approved, with purity above 98%, and a 2.5 g small-size presentation was added in 2025. In June 2026, China's first 20% subcutaneous immunoglobulin was approved, allowing home treatment after professional training.
