SanegeneBio Reports Phase 2 Interim Results for SGB-9768 in Kidney Diseases, UPCR Down 58.6% to 74.1% at Week 24

SanegeneBio presented interim results from the SGB-9768-003 Phase 2 study at ASN Kidney Week 2026, with 39 patients completing the week-24 follow-up and UPCR reductions from baseline of 58.6% to 74.1%. The 300 mg IgAN, 600 mg IgAN, and C3G/primary IC-MPGN groups declined 58.6%, 74.1%, and 63.5%, respectively. Mean serum C3 fell more than 92% by week 4 and alternative pathway activity was inhibited by more than 95%, with both effects sustained through week 24.
