AbbVie Presents Data for ABBV-466, a Novel Dual-Targeting Therapy Demonstrating Higher Endoscopic Remission Rates Than Either Anti-IL-23 or Anti-α4β7 Monotherapy in Moderate to Severe Crohn's Disease

In brief

AbbVie presented TARGET-CD Phase 2a data for ABBV-466 as a late-breaking abstract at UEGW 2026: the Week 12 endoscopic remission rate was 30.2%, higher than 21.3% with risankizumab monotherapy and 18.0% with trosunilimab monotherapy, and the gap widened at Week 24 to 40.5% versus 22.4% and 20.0%.

Why it matters

ABBV-466 showed higher endoscopic remission than both monotherapies in the TARGET-CD Phase 2a platform study, with the gap widening at Week 24.
