Dizhe's ZEGFROVY Launches in the US as First-Line Application Accepted by FDA and CDE

AstraZeneca announced that sunvozertinib (ZEGFROVY), developed by Dizhe Pharmaceutical, is now officially launched in the United States for adults with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring EGFR exon20ins whose disease progressed on or who are intolerant to prior platinum-based chemotherapy. The drug's second-line and later monotherapy indication is approved in both China and the US, and its new application for first-line treatment of EGFR exon20ins NSCLC has been accepted by both CDE and the FDA.
