Olin Bio-tech's Recombinant Staphylococcus aureus Vaccine Shows Significant Protection in Phase III Report

Olin Bio-tech (688319.SH) has received the Phase III clinical study summary report for its recombinant Staphylococcus aureus vaccine (E. coli). The vaccine showed significant and stable protective efficacy in preventing S. aureus infection after orthopedic surgery, with good safety, and a favorable benefit-risk assessment supports a marketing application. Unblinding was completed in July 2026. The vaccine uses multi-target composite vaccine technology covering five antigen targets, and no similar product is marketed in China or abroad as of the disclosure date.
