Henlius Serplulimab ASTRIDE US Bridging Data to Be Presented Orally at ESMO 2026

Henlius released the ASTRIDE abstract at ESMO 2026. The US head-to-head bridging study will be presented as an oral report on serplulimab versus atezolizumab, both with chemotherapy, as first-line treatment for ES-SCLC. At a median follow-up of 14.1 months, median OS was 12.4 months with serplulimab versus 10.2 months with atezolizumab; 24-month OS rates were 32.2% and 17.6%. Safety was generally comparable between groups with no new safety signals; HANSIZHUANG had 10 studies accepted at the congress.
