The GPRC5D/CD3 bispecific antibody LBL-034 showed a median PFS of 21.8 months in a Phase I RRMM trial presented at ESMO, roughly double the figures for talquetamab in a comparable population. In 56 heavily pretreated patients with a median of 4.5 prior lines, ORR was 80.5% and the ≥CR rate 56.1%, with a 15-month PFS rate of 62.0%; the median PFS data are not yet mature.
