Sino Biopharmaceutical's TQB2102 Shows 16.4-Month PFS and 2.2% ILD in Phase III HER2-Low Breast Cancer

Sino Biopharmaceutical's TQB2102 met its primary endpoint in the phase III APEX-Breast01 study in HER2-low recurrent or metastatic breast cancer. In the HR+/HER2-low population, median PFS was 16.4 months versus 5.5 months with chemotherapy, with a hazard ratio of 0.29 (p<0.0001) and an ILD incidence of only 2.2%.
