GSK dostarlimab wins FDA accelerated approval for MSI-H/dMMR locally advanced rectal cancer

GSK announced on October 19 that dostarlimab has received FDA accelerated approval for adults with stage II and III MSI-H/dMMR locally advanced rectal cancer. The approval is based on single-arm results from the phase 2 AZUR-1 study, in which most patients achieved a sustained complete clinical response.
