广州基层卫生中心、二三级医院与学校医护人员流感疫苗接种与推荐行为差异调查
Differing influenza vaccine uptake and recommendation behavior among healthcare workers in primary health centers, secondary and tertiary hospitals, and schools in a metropolis of southern China

2026年1月广州3153名医护人员横断面调查显示，流感疫苗季平均接种率仅28.2%，46.2%在近四流感季中至少接种过一季。公共卫生工作者接种率高于医师（OR=2.53，p<0.001），校医较低（OR=0.64，p<0.001）；疫苗知识与接种及推荐行为均正相关（OR=1.09、1.11，p<0.001），自身接种与推荐行为强相关（OR=3.12，p<0.001）。
