2022-2023年阿富汗MICS调查（n=12,450）显示，仅49.9%（95% CI 48.2%-51.6%）的已婚育龄妇女获得充分的破伤风类毒素免疫。产前检查次数多（≥4次AOR 4.67）、中部高原地区（AOR 4.20）、较高教育水平、有媒体接触及较富裕家庭与免疫充分正相关；40-49岁及东、西部地区妇女则免疫充分率较低。
