一项单中心回顾性队列研究纳入2023年1月至2025年1月接受睑成形术的215例患者，围术期使用左氧氟沙星滴眼液的联合组（n=108）术后感染率为2.78%（3/108），显著低于仅接受基础治疗的对照组11.21%（12/107，p=0.013）。
