导读
高水平一氧化氮和过氧亚硝酸盐通过诱导间隙连接通路关键蛋白酪氨酸硝化，干扰其功能并影响相关信号网络，从而促进胶质瘤进展。硝化蛋白质组学显示间隙连接是胶质瘤中显著富集的硝化蛋白信号通路之一，硝化可产生具有不同功能状态的相关蛋白多种蛋白质形式。靶向间隙连接信号通路的药物，包括间隙连接通讯激活剂、硝化抑制剂和直接靶向特定硝化蛋白的药物，与常规化疗或免疫检查点抑制剂联合具有治疗潜力。
