JSKN003 Shows 100% ORR in First-Line Gastric Cancer and 23.5-Month Median OS in Ovarian Cancer at 2026 ESMO
Start here
Alphamab presented two posters on its HER2-targeting antibody-drug conjugate JSKN003 at the 2026 ESMO meeting. In previously untreated HER2-positive gastric cancer, the JSKN003-003 trial (NCT06998771) enrolled 25 patients across three first-line cohorts; the cohort combining JSKN003 with KN026 achieved an objective response rate of 100%, while cohorts A and C showed 71.4% and 50.0% respectively. At a median follow-up of 5.2 months, duration of response, progression-free survival and overall survival were not yet mature, and grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events in cohort B occurred in 28.6% of patients. In platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, updated monotherapy data showed a median overall survival of 23.5 months. Longer-term survival and tolerability data remain outstanding.
