STAT+: Merck ADC drug cut risk of death by one-third in advanced endometrial cancer

Merck and Kelun-Biotech's sac-TMT reduced the risk of death by one-third in a randomized Phase 3 trial in advanced endometrial cancer. The drug previously showed survival benefits in multi-cancer studies in China, where it is approved. Merck is running 18 global Phase 3 studies, 10 of them in women's cancers, to support approvals in the U.S., Europe and other regions outside China.
