🔹 MARIPOSA-2: Amivantamab + chemotherapy, without MET selection. PFS HR 0.48; OS HR 0.73 (not significant at IA2).

🟠 SAFFRON: Chemotherapy-free osimertinib + savolitinib in MET-high disease. PFS HR 0.55; OS HR 0.68 (p=0.010).

Broad applicability vs biomarker-selected precision.

⚠️ Cross-trial comparisons cannot establish superiority.
