HARMONi-GI1, presidential session at #ESMO26.

@UGrewalMD guessed .7 HR
I guessed .8 HR
We were equally right (.75 HR).

Phase 3, 1L advanced biliary tract cancer: ivonescimab (PD-1 x VEGF) + GemCis vs durvalumab + GemCis. 682 patients, median follow-up 14.3 mo.

OS 14.9 vs 12.1 mo, HR 0.75 (95% CI 0.61-0.92), p=0.0031

PFS 8.4 vs 5.8 mo, HR 0.61 (95% CI 0.51-0.72)

ORR 53.8% vs 32.5%

This was an appropriate comparator for 2026 and compelling data (although really did need every one of those patients to power).

Probable new first line once the full data comes out.

The bispecifics era is in full force.

    @GIMedOnc More importantly- does this study need to be done with a global population including the US? I think it should be.
