CONNECTICUT OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL: NOTICE OF ALLOCATION AND DISTRIBUTION PLAN FOR STATE ATTORNEYS GENERAL GENERIC PRESCRIPTION DRUG SETTLEMENTS

The Connecticut Attorney General issued a notice describing how consumer restitution funds from multiple lawsuit settlements with several generic drug manufacturers will be allocated. Eligible consumers must submit a claim form at www.AGGenericDrugs.com by March 8, 2027, choosing between an equal per-person payment or an amount based on estimated out-of-pocket spending. The funds cover certain generic drugs purchased in the United States between May 1, 2009 and December 31, 2019; eligibility is based on the consumer's current state of residence when filing, not where the purchase was made.
