Hansoh Pharmaceutical and Roche Sign Potential $15 Billion ADC Collaboration Deal

Hansoh Pharmaceutical announced on October 19 that its subsidiary has signed a strategic collaboration and license agreement with Roche covering multiple ADC projects, with a total value of up to about $15 billion. The collaboration includes two of Hansoh's preclinical ADCs and multiple ADCs against targets proposed by Roche. Hansoh will lead early development through completion of global Phase Ia trials, and Roche will handle development worldwide excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
