NATALEE

Body

At 15y analyses, extended ET did not show an OS benefit. Now both adjuvant abema and ribo have positive OS results. Do you think there is still a role for extending ET after adjuvant CDK4/6i?

@Rodrosb @myESMO Where did you see the ribo OS benefit???

@Rodrosb @myESMO Wrong question, as CDK4/6i shouldn't be considered SoC for adjuvancy. I'm gonna die on that hill. Let's no justify financial toxicity based on marginal benefits and forced p-values. Our patients deserve better.

@Rodrosb @myESMO I see the benefit in high-risk, node-positive patients, especially after the NSABP B-42 data presented at #ESMO26. However, I have more doubts about the N0 population in NATALEE. Great topic!@Rodrosb

@Rodrosb @myESMO And what if the control arm of CDK4-6i is not the best??
