In brief
ResponseVerdict reorients immunotherapy response signatures using measured responses in other treated cohorts. Across 2,045 patients it raises AUROC by 0.14 over TIDE, and in 2,000 paired comparisons it is significantly better than published predictors in 1,178 of them.
