ESMO 2026 Roundup: Three Disitamab Vedotin Studies in Advanced EMPD, Neoadjuvant MIBC and Bladder CIS HER2 Testing

RemeGen presented three studies of disitamab vedotin at ESMO 2026, covering advanced EMPD, neoadjuvant treatment of MIBC, and HER2 testing in bladder CIS. In the Formula-10 study, 25 patients met the radiographic evaluation criteria, with an ORR of 88%, a DCR of 100%, median PFS of 14.23 months, and grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events in 29.6%.
