KEYNOTE-B49 at #ESMO26 raises a fundamental question:
PFS improved (HR 0.74), but median PFS was 6.7 vs 6.0 months, with no OS benefit (HR 1.04).
Are we looking at a statistically positive trial or a clinically meaningful advance?
