Bispecific dual T cell agonist invikafusp alfa in solid tumors: the phase 1/2 START-001 trial.
In brief
The phase 1/2 START-001 trial showed that invikafusp alfa produced preliminary anti-tumor activity in participants with mostly ICB-resistant, antigen-rich solid tumors. Phase 1 met its primary endpoints and determined the recommended phase 2 dose.
