KRAScendo-1 #ESMO26 shows divarasib (more potent iKRAS-G12C) > sotorasib/adagrasib for PFS/OS. Active drug and new SOC IMO in this group.

Whilst G3 AE lower with div, seems to be mainly driven by less transaminitis. GI tox is higher and proactive rather than reactive Rx is key.
