All 28 Subjects in Ruifu Bio RM001 Pivotal Phase 2 Achieve Transfusion Independence; 47 Total Show Hematopoietic Reconstitution

Ruifu Bio announced that all 28 subjects in the pivotal Phase 2 trial of RM001 have become transfusion-independent, with follow-up exceeding 1 year. Across the program, all 47 subjects treated to date achieved hematopoietic reconstitution and became free of transfusion dependence, with the longest follow-up reaching five years and a median time to transfusion independence of about 18 days. As of this follow-up point, no product-related serious adverse events have been reported, and no hepatic veno-occlusive disease, deaths, treatment discontinuations, or malignancies have been observed.
