Sac-TMT plus pembrolizumab significantly prolonged PFS in advanced nonsquamous NSCLC in the phase 3 OptiTROP-Lung06 trial (NCT06711900). The study enrolled 455 patients with PD-L1 TPS <1% and EGFR/ALK-negative disease; results were presented orally at ESMO and published simultaneously in the New England Journal of Medicine.
