Hutchmed licenses HMPL-A830 ex-Greater China rights to GSK for up to $1.185 billion in milestones

Hutchmed has completed an exclusive development and license agreement with a GSK affiliate, granting GSK rights to develop and commercialize HMPL-A830 worldwide outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. HMPL-A830 is an antibody-therapeutic conjugate (ATTC) pairing an EGFR antibody with a highly selective KRAS small-molecule inhibitor. The Ia portion of its global Phase I trial dosed its first patient in China on September 24 in patients with unresectable advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
