An important survival result in muscle-invasive bladder cancer from #ESMO26 📊
In #VOLGA, perioperative durvalumab + neoadjuvant enfortumab vedotin reduced the risk of:
• An EFS event by 49%
• Death by 42%
The comparison was against control in patients ineligible for or declining cisplatin.
The tremelimumab triplet also improved EFS, but did not meet the OS significance threshold at this interim analysis. Follow-up continues.
Both regimens remain investigational.
