Three HER2 ADCs now in HER2-low MBC. At #ESMO26, HORIZON-Breast06 & APEX-Breast01 both beat chemo on PFS (HR ~0.25–0.29). But as @BarbaraPistill2 noted: same payload class as Tdxd, tested vs chemo not the standard. Head-to-head ADC trials needed. #ESMOAmbassadors @myESMO
