In the same session, DeLLphi-305 reported that 563 extensive-stage small cell lung cancer patients receiving Imdelltra plus Imfinzi had a 58% reduction in death risk, with median overall survival slightly above 21 months versus under 13 months on Imfinzi alone; nearly half developed CRS, mostly mild to moderate.
