🔬 By conditionally activating 4-1BB on GPC3-expressing tumour cells, BGB-B2033 aims to stimulate targeted T-cell activity while limiting off-tumour toxicity. Promising early data. Combination studies with ICIs will be important to watch. #HCC #LiverCancer #Immunotherapy
