Determinants of response to CAR T cell therapy in a multicenter, multi-trial cohort analysis of patients with lymphoma

A multicenter, multi-trial cohort analysis of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma found that a higher proportion of naive-like and stem cell memory-like CCR7+CD45RA+ T cells in the pre-infusion CAR T product was associated with durable clinical benefit from anti-CD19 CAR T therapy.
